WHITE ROCK LLC ("White Rock", "we") sells, rents and manages property, runs a market and a hardware store, and operates a restaurant with catering. This policy explains what personal data each of these involves, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR where applicable.
1. Controller

2. Buyers, tenants and owners
We process identity documents, contacts, sale and lease contracts, payment records, meter readings and maintenance requests. Owners whose property we manage provide ownership documents and bank details for rent transfers.
3. Residents and building access
For residents and tenants we may keep a register of access keys or cards and contact details for emergencies such as leaks. Common areas, entrances and parking may be monitored by CCTV for security. Recordings are kept for 30 days and released only to the police or on lawful request.
4. Store customers
Purchases are recorded through fiscal cash registers; we do not collect personal data for ordinary purchases. If you order materials for delivery from the hardware store, we process your name, phone and delivery address.
5. Restaurant guests and catering clients
For table bookings we process your name, phone, date, time and party size. If you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we use this information only to prepare your meal safely and delete it after the visit or event. Catering clients provide the event address, date and contact person.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (fiscal, tax, property registration, food safety), legitimate interests (security of the building and guests), and consent (dietary information, marketing).
7. Recipients
Notaries and state registrars in property transactions, utility companies, delivery services, tax authorities and our accountant. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Property contracts: as required by law, and leases for their term plus 3 years.
- CCTV: 30 days.
- Table bookings: 3 months.
- Dietary information: deleted after the visit or event.
- Delivery orders: 1 year.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
